This beautiful Cotswold stone cottage is located on Church Street, just a two-minute walk from the Broadway Hotel. Bumble Bee Cottage sleeps two adults and has been furnished to the highest standard with a contemporary yet cosy feel throughout and lovely private garden.

On the first floor, Bumble Bee boasts a sumptuous super-king size bed and luxurious bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs, relax in the comfortable lounge with fuel effect stove and enjoy the stylish kitchen diner, along with all the extra practicalities that a downstairs bathroom, utility room and cloakroom area provide.

  • Our Holiday Cottages in Broadway are available for a minimum 3-night stay
  • Arrival on a day of your choice, subject to availability
  • We require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking
  • Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival
  • A £200 security deposit will be taken 24 hours prior to arrival
  • Your security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure subject to any damage
  • Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay – FREE OF CHARGE when booking direct
  • We kindly request that guests do not light candles, incense or other open flames inside the Cottage

Bumblebee is a beautiful Cotswold stone cottage in the heart of Broadway Village, only a two-minute walk from the Broadway Hotel. Please click on the link to view the cottage via Google Maps;

Bumblebee Cottage

There is parking for 1 car at the front of the cottage which is lit at night.

Access to Bumblebee is 3 meters up a tarmac drive with a slight incline and then stepping stones across a grassed frontage. There is one step into the cottage by the front door.

Entrance to the cottage is directly into the sitting room which has a flagstone floor with rug. The sitting room is furnished with 2 easy chairs and a 2-seater sofa. Leading from the sitting room are carpeted stairs to the first floor and a short narrow corridor to the kitchen diner.

The kitchen-diner and corridor have flag stone level floors. Beyond the open entrance to the kitchen, diner is a hallway and 2 steps up to a door way to the garden and a utility area with machine and downstairs cloak room with toilet and sink.

There is one step out to the garden which has a patio area with table and 2 chairs. The grassed area of the garden is up one step. The garden has an outdoor light.

There are 12 steps to the first floor with 1 handrail on the right-hand side. On the first floor there is a small landing with doors to the bedroom and bathroom. The first floor is carpeted with the exception of the bathroom which has a wood effect floor. The bedroom can offer a king size bed or 2 single beds, has a Dorma window and sloping ceiling.

Lighting throughout the cottage is provided in the form of spot lights and lamps.

By Train

The closest train station is Evesham with direct trains from Worcester and London Paddington. The train station is 6 miles away. Broadway can be accessed by taxi which we recommend your pre-book and by semi frequent bus. The bus stop is a 15-minute walk from the train station

When you arrive… 

Arrival time is from 4.00pm the postcode for Bumblebee Cottage is WR12 7AE, when you arrive at the cottage you can access the keys via the key safe on the wall, the code for the key safe will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival via email. Bumblebee cottage does have one parking space to the front of the property.

The Broadway Hotel

Bumblebee cottage is part of The Broadway Hotel, a 2-minute walk from the cottage. If you have any question regarding the cottage when you have arrived you can contact reception via the cottage phone, our reception team will be delighted to assist you. 

Remember if you have booked directly with the hotel, you will receive a 15% discount voucher off all food purchased at the hotel, please remember to bring this with you. 

Additional Information

Assistance dogs are welcome and no charge is made.

Holiday Cottage Cancellation Policy

Holiday Cottage – Cancellation Policy

A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is taken at the time of booking. Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival. If you book within this time the full payment will be taken on booking. All payments are non-refundable after the full payment is received 6 weeks prior to your arrival date and within 4 weeks your payment will be non-transferable. If booking Christmas, New Year or Gold Cup dates, different terms may apply. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs of receiving your booking to advise this.

See our COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS, regarding any changes in our usual cancellation policy.

NOTE – A security deposit of £200 is also required for our Holiday Cottages in Broadway, the amount will be taken 24 hours prior to your arrival. Your security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure subject to any damage.

Requested Cottage Changes

If you want to change any detail of your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing via email as soon as possible reception@broadway-hotel.co.uk and we will do our best to arrange the changes.

Up to 4 weeks prior of your arrival if you request any changes in either dates or accommodation, this is subject to availability and will incur a charge of £100 for each change.
