This delightful period Cotswold stone cottage, located on the Upper High Street in Broadway, has been comprehensively renovated providing beautifully appointed accommodation set over two floors.

You enter into the cottage directly into the sitting room, which boasts a wooden floor with a rug, 49-inch television, with Netflix included, and a real log burning fireplace. The sitting room is furnished with 2 easy chairs and a 3-seater leather sofa. On the first floor, you will find two cosy bedrooms, the master bedroom enjoys views out onto the historic high street and has a king-size bed with built-in wardrobes and comes equipped with its own television, the second bedroom has a double bed overlooking the rear courtyard garden. You also have a shared modern, stylish bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The open-plan kitchen-diner has a beautiful flagstone heated floor and a well-appointed kitchen. Exit the dining room through the stunning bi-folding door that takes you into the courtyard garden, which comes equipped with a pizza oven. There is a short garden path leading to the garage and parking for one car.

Beagle cottage is available for a minimum 3-night stay with an arrival day of your choice, subject to availability. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

  • Our Holiday Cottages in Broadway are available for a minimum 3-night stay
  • Arrival on a day of your choice, subject to availability
  • We require a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking
  • Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival
  • A £200 security deposit will be taken 24 hours prior to arrival
  • Your security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure subject to any damage
  • Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay – FREE OF CHARGE when booking direct
  • We kindly request that guests do not light candles, incense or other open flames inside the Cottage

Beagle Cottage

Beagle is a beautiful Cotswold stone cottage located on the Upper High Street in the village of Broadway, only a ten-minute walk from the Broadway Hotel. Please click on the link to view the cottage via Google Maps;

There is parking for 1 car at the rear of the property, access to the car parking space and garage is on the next right (small access road) after the cottage.  

Access to Beagle cottage is through a communal garden along the paved path, there are two steps into the cottage by the front door.   

Entrance to the cottage is directly into the sitting room which has a wooden floor with rug. The sitting room is furnished with 2 easy chairs and a 3-seater sofa. Leading from the sitting room there is a narrow corridor to the open plan kitchen and dining room. 

The kitchen-diner and corridor have flagstone level floors. Before you enter the kitchen on the right-hand side there is a downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and sink. Leading from the open plan kitchen-diner is a stunning bi-folding door that takes you into the courtyard garden and via a short garden path, out of the gate will take you to the rear entrance to the garage and car parking space.  

The courtyard garden is a patio area with a coffee style table, woven 2-seater sofa and 2 woven chairs. There is a water feature and pizza oven. The garden has an outdoor light controlled from inside the dining room.

From the kitchen, there are 12 steps to the first floor with 1 handrail on the left-hand side. On the first floor, there is a small landing with doors to both bedrooms and the bathroom. The first floor is carpeted with the exception of the bathroom which is fully tiled. Both bedrooms have a double bed and the master bedroom has a television located within the wardrobe and above the window, there is a sloped ceiling.

Lighting throughout the cottage is provided in the form of spotlights, lamps and ceiling lights with shades.

Getting to Beagle Cottage.

Beagle cottage is situated on the Upper High Street in the Village of Broadway off of the A44, 14 miles from J9 of the M5 and 45 miles from junction 9 of the M40 – Please click on the link to view the cottage via Google Maps; Beagle Cottage

By Train. 

The closest train station is Evesham with direct trains from Worcester and London Paddington. The train station is 6 miles away. Broadway can be accessed by taxi which we recommend you pre-book and by semi-frequent bus. The bus stop is a 15-minute walk from the train station

When you arrive… 

Arrival time is from 4.00 pm the postcode for Beagle Cottage is WR12 7AL, when you arrive at the cottage you can access the keys via the key safe on the wall, the code for the key safe will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival via email. 

The Broadway Hotel

Beagle cottage is part of The Broadway Hotel, a 10-minute walk from the cottage. If you have any question regarding the cottage when you have arrived you can contact reception via the cottage phone, our reception team will be delighted to assist you. 

Remember if you have booked directly with the hotel, you will receive a 15% discount voucher off all food purchased at the hotel, please remember to bring this with you.

Assistance dogs are welcome and no charge is made.

Holiday Cottage Cancellation Policy

Holiday Cottage – Cancellation Policy

A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is taken at the time of booking. Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to arrival. If you book within this time the full payment will be taken on booking. All payments are non-refundable after the full payment is received 6 weeks prior to your arrival date and within 4 weeks your payment will be non-transferable. If booking Christmas, New Year or Gold Cup dates, different terms may apply. The hotel will contact you within 24 hrs of receiving your booking to advise this.

See our COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS, regarding any changes in our usual cancellation policy. 

NOTE – A security deposit of £200 is also required for our Holiday Cottages in Broadway, the amount will be taken 24 hours prior to your arrival. Your security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure subject to any damage.

Requested Cottage Changes

If you want to change any detail of your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing via email as soon as possible reception@broadway-hotel.co.uk and we will do our best to arrange the changes. 

 

Up to 4 weeks prior of your arrival if you request any changes in either dates or accommodation, this is subject to availability and will incur a charge of £100 for each change.
