Broadway Arts Festival
This ambitious arts festival is recognised as one of the UK’s best with well-known arts speakers, nationally renowned artists, outdoor theatre productions and virtuoso musicians. Highlights include talks by art curator Jan Marsh and Philip Mould, from The BBC’s ‘Fake or Fortune?’ The event takes place at the village green and galleries along the High Street, among other locations.

Fantasy Forest Festival at Sudeley Castle
A world of fantasy awaits in the historical grounds of Sudeley Castle. Attendees can meet everyone from mermaids and Daleks to Robin Hood and his merry men. There’s a wicker fire ceremony, battle reenactments and live music to boot. And there’s the option to camp in the shadow of the glorious castle.

NCH Country Fair and Dog Show
A day of country pursuits from terrier racing, a family dog show and dog agility demonstrations through to crafts and plenty of food and drink products and demos.
Saturday 14th – Sunday 15th August
Broadway Car Show
Feast your eyes on a dazzling collection of automobiles and motorbikes as they cruise through the village and park at The Green and High Street. Saturday is for luxury supercars and Sunday for classics from the 1900s to 1960s. Check out the charity fashion show at the Lygon Arms on Saturday lunchtime.

Moreton-in-Marsh Show – The Countryside in a Day!
One of the biggest one-day agricultural shows in the UK – and it is no surprise that this agricultural area hosts an event with so much to do. ‘Traditional and always changing,’ that’s what they say about Moreton Show. Expect livestock contests, equestrian displays, and food and crafts vendors.

Broadway Horticultural and Craft Show
The volunteer-run Broadway Horticultural and Craft Show is affiliated with the Royal Horticultural Society. For one day the village green gets taken over by displays of locally grown fresh produce and flowers. There’s yummy baked goods, homemade jams and crafts to enjoy, too.

Sunday 12th September
Broadway Food Festival
Meet local growers and farmers with their best seasonal produce and meat. They’re joined by coffee roasters, millers, brewers, cider makers, bakers, beekeepers and cheesemakers, and there’s plenty of demonstrations from the best chefs in the area. The 35 stalls take over The Green right outside the Broadway Hotel.

Cheltenham Literature Festival
Cheltenham’s Literature Festival is Britain’s oldest and attracts a stellar lineup of literary stars. In recent years, the likes of J. K. Rowling, Hilary Clinton and Paul Theroux have made appearances. Many of our guests enjoy the opportunity to combine a day or two at the Literature Festival with some time in our Cotswold village.

Late Night Christmas Shopping in Broadway
Delight in the joys of the festive season as beautiful Christmas lights decorate the village’s Tudor and Georgian homes. All our Broadway shops are open late and there’s live music, mulled wine and festive food on offer as well. This is a perfect opportunity to get into the Christmas spirit and stock up on gifts. It’s a true highlight of the Broadway year and not to be missed — do book accommodation with us well in advance.

Christmas Trains – Evesham Vale Light Railway
A trundle around Evesham Country Park brings festive cheer for all the family. Keep an eye open for Santa’s missing presents on the way around. The journey ends at Santa’s log cabin, where there’s mince pies, refreshments and the chance to take a photo with Father Christmas. Drop by The Valley Evesham outlets for some last-minute Christmas shopping afterwards.
